    We are sure that you will love your purchase! However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied please contact us at hello@monpetitshoes.com within 7 days for a return/refund. You will need to send the unworn shoes, in their original packaging (dust bag and a box so they don't get smashed) back to us. This policy is only valid on shoes purchased directly from mon petit shoes. The customer is responsible for return shipping, initial shipping you paid, as well as a 5% restocking fee. Once returned, you will be credited back the cost of the shoes, minus the restocking fee only. Shoes purchased at a discount (meaning ANY SALE DAY are FINAL SALE, no refunds). This includes MOTHER'S DAYBLACK FRIDAY and CYBER MONDAY

    Since our RTS inventory often sells out, we cannot offer a replacement pair. You will be issued a refund, or store credit (your preference). Our goal is to have customers that are 100% satisfied with their MP experience.

    We are not able to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders as all orders are shipped individually. 

    We hope to ship all orders, both domestic and international, within 3-5 business days after purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited and priority shipping, orders should ship the following business day but could take up to 2 business days to ship.

    A note on lost packages:

    Unfortunately, packages that are marked as delivered, but which are 'not received', are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our fulfillment facility, we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. Unfortunately, we are unable to track down your package.  

    We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
