- Have your child stand, full weight, on a piece of paper.
- Mark where their heel is as well as the tip of the longest toe.
- Measure the line between the marks.
- Select the size closest to their foot measurement, leaving a tiny bit of room, since these measurements are the exact insole/sole measurements from toe to heel.
